We offer two order options:
-
FREE Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–15 business days
-
Priority Processing: Optional priority handling — $7.99 per order
Priority Processing is an optional processing upgrade, not a shipping charge. It includes FREE Standard Shipping and moves your order ahead of standard orders for preparation and shipment. Priority orders typically ship within 24–48 hours.
Priority Processing speeds up order handling but does not guarantee an exact delivery date. Processing and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We’re a small U.S.-based business, and every order means something to us. Your satisfaction truly matters, and we want you to feel cared for before and after your purchase.
If your item isn’t quite right, arrives with an issue, or you simply change your mind, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment. Each order is carefully packed to help protect your items during transit.
